This Content Moderation Policy explains how Clip Page LLC ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") performs moderation of content on our website at https://clip.page ("Website") in order to ensure a balanced and responsible online community.

Our Process

• Data Capture  Snapshotting all relevant information pertaining to the content for investigative purposes, while adhering to our strict Privacy Policy
• User Notification  Promptly notifying the user responsible for the content, providing details about the violation and information on the appeal process, where applicable
• Account Suspension  Deactivation of the user account from which the content originated
• Legal Compliance  Notification to required government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement
• NGO Collaboration  Communication with relevant non-governmental organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

In the event of content removal or account deactivation, affected users will be notified with specific details regarding the violation and informed about the available appeal process, which may vary based on the nature of the violation and legal considerations.
